Upon arrival for your first session, we ask you to fill out a two page form, so that we can start a client file for you to track your results.

You may want to schedule yourself a small window of time after your session to allow your mind & body to fully awaken before driving to your next destination.

It is important to drink plenty of fluids for the remainder of the day to help your body flush out the toxins released during your session. 

We accept payment of cash & check

If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance
